JAMES LAWSON BAKER

MD & FOUNDER

James is an experienced capital markets professional and successful entrepreneur.

Prior to founding G-Force Capital, James founded and led MYO Plant Nutrition, a leading UK wellness brand. Responsible for end to end development, James gained national listings in Boots, Holland & Barrett, Lloyds Pharmacy, Asda and Selfridges. MYO was sold as part of an $8.1m deal to Yooma Wellness in 2021. As part of this deal, James became the European GM of Yooma, and supported a UK listing and a major acquisition. Prior to this, James was part of the EMMAC Life Sciences founding operational team from its inception in 2018 to its $400m sale in 2021. James started his career as an FCA regulated investment manager for a boutique London brokerage, advising and dealing for professional clients.

James holds a first class degree from the University of Edinburgh.

GRAEME DICKSON

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Graeme has been a stockbroker for 23 years and joined G-Force Capital in 2022. During his previous tenure as Head of Investment Sales at Optiva Securities, he built up a substantial client base ranging from artists in the entertainment business to captains of industry, many of whom enjoyed spectacular returns on investments thanks to diligent stock selection and money management. 

Prior to Optiva, Graeme headed up a number of desks in the City and even had a short career as an award-winning shipbroker for Maersk during the 1990s. Graeme has written for a number of publications including the Mail on Sunday, Citywire, the Investors Chronicle and the Hedge Fund Review. Graeme has a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent.

LUCA CAIRA

HEAD OF OPS

Luca leads the back office function. He has accumulated extensive experience during his four-year tenure at a custodial bank, where he has a proven track record of implementing new processes to drive operational efficiencies.

Luca has a keen ability to deliver exceptional client service while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
